Profile
I am an outgoing and friendly person who puts staff and customers before myself. I offer commitment along with experience in certain areas including Management and Cleaning. I work well in a team environment but am adept at taking the initiative and working on my own with little or no supervision. I am a keen hard worker, someone who is good at keeping to timescales. I enjoy meeting new people and quickly adapt to a new working environment to work best at all times.
Work Experience
The Bacup Hub, OL13 8AG – Events Manager September 2011-December 2011
Managing and booking events of all types; managing emails and bookings along with ensuring each detail is kept to on the events, working on each booked event in different areas such as bar work, catering and stewarding. Preparation before events such as setting up and after events with cleaning and tidying, cleaning away all equipment used and ensuring that the venue is pristine for the next upcoming event.
Broadwater Centre (Backdoor Music Project) – Steward. 2 separate nights 7pm-11pm
My main role was ensuring the safety of everyone inside the venue at all times, preventing fights and managing the admissions policy.
St Mary’s Primary School, OL13 9LJ – Teaching Assistant June 2008 -2 week period
The key roles I performed when working here, was to supervise and help a small group of children, assisting the class with their work and supervising them throughout their work ensuring they are behaving and working well, Performing routine tasks that were set and enabling Special Educational pupils to become independent.
